5. Shipping and Delivery

We arrange for the shipment of products to addresses within India from our location in New Delhi. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and presented during the checkout process. Please be aware that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including the handmade nature of the items and logistical delays.

6. Returns and Refunds

Given the unique, handmade nature of our furniture, returns are generally accepted only in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective. Minor variations expected in handmade items are not grounds for return. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within a specified number of days (e.g., 7 days) of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue.

We will assess your request and provide instructions on how to proceed. Approved returns must be shipped back in their original packaging. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
